Prior to YMU, Rinchiuso was Vice President of Operations at Roc Nation Sports International, initiating international business and working out career strategies for the likes of Lukaku, De Bruyne and Witsel, whilst also on the consultancy side of the business with AC Milan, Leeds United and the URC.
Rinchiuso’s professional path was set in motion at PUMA International where his role of working on global strategies and signing established stars, as well as the most promising young talents saw him excel in the field.
