Verona score double deal
Top-tier Italian soccer side Verona have renewed their partnership with Joker Floors and agreed a new deal with Armando de Angelis.

Joker Floors will continue as an official supplier of the Serie A outfit for the duration of the 2017/18 season, prolonging a partnership which has seen the company install synthetic pitches at the club’s training ground in the past year.

Meanwhile, pasta factory Armando De Angelis has become an official sponsor of the 1984/85 Italian champions, and will benefit from a range of advertising opportunities at the team’s Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi home ground.

Paolo Pigozzo, chief executive of Armando De Angelis, said: “This is a marketing operation that we are sure will give the Armando De Angelis brand great visibility, especially in the territory where the company has developed.”

Verona, who secured promotion back to the top flight in 2016/17, are 18th in Serie A having failed to win any of their opening seven fixtures. They will be hoping to register their first victory when they host bottom side Benevento on 16th October.
