Manchester City sign global Gatorade partnership
The agreement, which was launched as City extended their lead at the top of the English top flight with a 3-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday, will see the PepsiCo-owned brand become the team's official sports nutrition partner. Gatorade products will be used by City teams and staff during matches and training, while the club's in-house sports scientists will work with the Gatorade Sport Science Institute (GSSI) on nutrition programmes.
In addition, Gatorade will enjoy a range of branding rights and will collaborate with City on the development of a behind-the-scenes video series.

Our team of sports scientists will work closely with the GSSI team to find new ways to support and fuel our players, both on and off the field.

Sunday's victory over Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium put City eight points clear of local rivals Manchester United at the top of the Premier League, as they bid to win their first English title since 2014.
