IMG pouches Indonesia’s Uefa rights for Euro 2020

The partnership also incorporates all qualifying matches for the international tournament - which is being played across 13 host cities - along with the European qualifying games for the 2022 Fifa World Cup.
Additionally, IMG will sell the rights in the region for games from the inaugural Uefa Nations League, a new international competition that will debut in 2019.
Michael Mellor, senior vice president of football for IMG Media, said: “There is a huge appetite for seeing the top quality football In Indonesia. Viewers there are already used to seeing the top European players in action through coverage of the major leagues.”
The 2020 Uefa European Championship will be the 16th edition of the tournament, and is scheduled to take place between 12th June and 12th July 2020.
