French Football Federation signs Chinese co-operative
Chinese soccer side Beijing BG Phoenix Women’s Football Club have signed a cooperation agreement with the French Football Federation (FFF), soccer’s governing body in France.

Under the terms of the accord, the pair will work closely to support Beijing BG Phoneix women’s soccer team with more advanced international resources. The two parties also aim to turn the club’s home ground, the Xiannongtan Stadium, into China’s version of the Fernand Sastre National Technical Centre, the FFF‘s national soccer academy in Clairefontaine.

Beijing BG Phoenix Women, which was founded in 2016, had previously started a project to bring soccer to more than 30 schools in Beijing. Earlier this year, the FFF opened an office in Beijing in collaboration with the French Football League (LFP).
