Borussia Dortmund ride on with Ofo
German soccer side Borussia Dortmund have announced an expanded partnership with Chinese bike-sharing company Ofo.

The Bundesliga outfit had agreed a regional deal with Ofo in July, but the further agreement will see the company launch newly designed bikes near Dortmund’s home stadium, the Signal Iduna Park.

As part of the deal, Ofo’s logo will feature on the stadium billboards throughout the 2017/18 Bundesliga season.

July’s marketing agreement sees the dockless bike-share company collaborate with Dortmund on commercial projects and activations in China, a territory that the club are looking to expand into.

Borussia Dortmund are currently top of the Bundesliga, going unbeaten in the first five games of the 2017/18 season. They thumped Hamburg 3-0 away on Wednesday, and will host Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday.
