ISL triple as FC Goa, Kerala Blasters FC and Mumbai City FC sign sponsors

Indian Super League (ISL) side FC Goa have signed a five-year deal with FC Prime Markets, which becomes their principal sponsor.

The deal will see the Australian-based firm financial service provider, headquartered in Dubai, support the side as its main shirt sponsor, while the team has also secured deals with Ponds, Adidas and Lemos Foundation – which all join as associate sponsors.

Sydney Lemos, the chairman of FC Prime Markets, said: "Being Goans it's a matter for pride for us to be associated with FC Goa, a team which is loved by fans across the globe. We are here to forge a lasting relationship with FC Goa, the team representing one of the most passionate centres of football in India and support the team through its journey."

Being passionate supporters of football we are extremely delighted to be a part of the FC Goa family," said Lemos Co-owner Dattaraj Salgaocar. "We are happy that a brand like FC Prime Markets which is owned by a Goan, Sydney Lemos, a passionate football lover has partnered with FC Goa and has placed their faith in the team. We welcome them to the FC Goa family.”

The 2015 ISL season is the second season of the top tier professional Indian soccer division. FC Goa kicked off their 2015 ISL campaign with a 2-0 victory over Delhi Dynamos FC over the weekend.

Meanwhile, fellow ISL side Kerala Blasters FC have signed sponsorship deals with Prime Meridian and

Prime Meridian, a property development company, has been named as the team’s main sponsor for the 2015 ISL season, while internet-based travel company, which has Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar as a brand ambassador, has become the side’s official travel partner.

And Mumbai City FC have partnered with Renault India in a deal which sees the automotive company become the ISL side’s official automobile partner for the 2015 season.

As a result of the deal the Renault logo will feature prominently on the Mumbai City FC team jersey and shorts.
