Chevrolet to title sponsor Brasil Global Tour
Chevrolet has been named title sponsor of the Brasil Global Tour, the series of international friendlies played around the globe by Brazil's national soccer team.

P&G and Ambev, two long-term partners of the tour, have also renewed deals and will continue as official global partners.

The new sponsors were announced as Brazil prepares to take on France at the Stade de France on Thursday evening. A game against Chile, a repeat of the Fifa World Cup last 16 game, will follow at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Pitch International has brokered the agreements. The agency's Jon Varney said: “We are delighted to welcome Chevrolet as title sponsor of the Brasil Global Tour and look forward to developing a successful partnership with them and our returning sponsors, P&G and Ambev, as they follow the Brazilian national football team on the road to the 2018 Fifa World Cup and beyond.

"The Selecao’s unique brand of football remains extremely popular with matches watched by over 30 million people in Brazil and 155 territories worldwide, providing a strong global platform for sponsors and brands.”

Pitch International was appointed by the CBF, Brazil's national soccer federation, to organise and market friendly games under the Brasil Global Tour banner in August 2012. The deal, which saw Pitch International replace the Kentaro agency, runs until the start of the 2022 Fifa World Cup.
