Arsenal drink to Ethiopian beer partner

25 September 2015 | Commercial & Sponsorship
Arsenal have become the first Premier League side to sign a regional partner in Ethopia, with Dashen Brewery becoming the club's official beer partner in the east African country.

The partnership covers the next three years and is intended to promote Arsenal's brand in Ethiopia, where they will help Dashen to promote grassroots football development projects.

Dashen will also engage with Arsenal supporters through the club's digital platforms, and develop promotional and marketing activities involving current Arsenal players and club legends.

Dashen Brewery's chief executive Devlin Hainsworth commented: "We are truly excited about this partnership. Dashen and Arsenal share common values with community being at the heart of both brands.

"This partnership will see Dashen invest both in grassroots football while at the same time supporting our commitment to creating meaningful consumer experiences.”
