We are less than a year away from an historic edition of the European Championship which will be hosted across the continent for the first time ever. at soccerex Europe, UEFA deputy general secretary Giorgio Marchetti will give an exclusive interview looking forward to next summer’s ground-breaking competition as well as reviewing the first ever edition of the nations league. Giorgio will also share his thoughts on the future of UEFA’s club competitions and the potential for growth of women’s football.

Pedro is a seasoned communications professional with 20 years experience in the sports industry as a journalist, broadcaster and communications director. He spent 15 years as a sports presenter and correspondent for CNN before moving to become Managing Director of Communications at UEFA, where he ran all communications activities at European Football's governing body. Pedro is currently a non executive director with Eleven Sports in Portugal where he manages relationships with key media, rightsholders and influencers whilst also aiding in the production and on-air presentation of content.
