Wimbledon Chief to speak at European Forum

Soccerex have this week confirmed that Ian Ritchie, Chief Executive, The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, the body responsible for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, will be speaking at the Soccerex European Forum, 30-31 March 2011, Manchester.
Ian, who is also a Board Member of The Football League and Director at Wembley Stadium Ltd will be using his extensive experience at the top of the sporting industry to discuss the latest sponsorship issues, both within football, and also the wider sporting industry.
He will be speaking as part of an in-depth conference programme covering the most up-to-date issues in football, alongside speakers from the likes of UEFA and Deloitte.
The European Forum is Europe’s premier football business event and includes a packed exhibition and many tailored networking events. Last year saw all 20 premier league clubs in attendance as well as many international clubs such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus FC, Celtic FC and AFC Ajax.
This year the event will once again be held in the vibrant city of Manchester and will build on the success of the inaugural European Forum which saw over 1,200 football industry stakeholders come together for two days of debate, networking and business.
